PRACTICAL HANDBOOK ON HOW TO GUIDE COLLECTIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP: THE ROLE OF THE SOCIAL FACILITATOR
This Handbook, “How to Guide Collective Entrepreneurship: The Role of the Social Facilitator”, is both a pedagogical tool and a practical reference guide, aimed at supporting social facilitators, adult educators, and community mentors in their work with individuals and groups wishing to explore or launch initiatives in the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE).
The main purpose of the Handbook is to provide a structured yet adaptable learning pathway that supports the development of key competences for fostering collective entrepreneurship. It is grounded in participatory, inclusive, and context-sensitive approaches that recognize the diversity of learners’ experiences and the importance of community-driven solutions.
The Handbook brings together modules covering topics such as team facilitation, leadership, time management, legal structures in SSE, economic analysis, and entrepreneurial competences, all grounded in practical tools, case studies, and interactive learning activities.

TOOLBOX FOR SOCIAL AND SOLIDARITY ECONOMY ENTREPRENEURS CREASSE
The Toolbox for SSE Entrepreneurs has been developed within the scope of Work Package 2 (WP2), which focuses on mapping personal, entrepreneurial, green, and social
competences essential for starting or sustaining a social and
solidarity economy initiative. The Toolbox acts as the core competence-building resource of the CREASSE project.
Its objectives are to:
- Build self-awareness and autonomy in vulnerable
individuals; - Strengthen entrepreneurial skills with a social purpose;
- Promote environmentally responsible thinking and practices;
- Equip participants with practical, innovative tools for launching SSE initiatives.
Each module combines theoretical framing with practical tools and real-world examples to support individual and collective
learning paths.
